The Servicing & Receiving Technician (SRT) is responsible for receiving, dispositioning, servicing and shipping returned goods.

The SRT is required to:

use electronic testing equipment to ensure product specifications are met and documented accurately to comply with FDA and GMP requirements; perform all functions necessary to receive, service, disposition, and ship products back to customers within the required time-frame using various systems and software. The SRT is responsible for field product returns, returns processing, complaint processing, and administrative/facilities support to the manufacturing team as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Receives incoming product for servicing, disposal, complaints, and refurbishing into SAP. Sorts, prioritizes, and dispositions returned products utilizing various tracking applications. Maintains and reconciles returned goods locations daily. Services customer returns to ensure product meets specifications. Prepare documentation and goods for shipment including inspection and logging of data into designated systems. Complies with health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies, procedures and job hazard analyses applicable to specified job activities; including medical evaluations as required by job function. Holds oneself and others accountable to conduct business in a manner compliant with Bioventus' Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies and procedures and internal controls applicable to their role. Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities) High school diploma or equivalent Good analytical skills Working knowledge of material deployment workflows Working knowledge of SAP or similar system 4 years' experience in a production environment and 2 years' SAP experience or similar system Are you the top talent we are looking for? !
