Position Overview:

The Short-Term Rental Property Inspector is responsible for conducting thorough inspections of properties before and after guest stays. This role ensures homes are guest-ready, properly maintained, and compliant with company standards. The ideal candidate is organized, observant, and takes pride in maintaining high-quality environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed pre-arrival and post-departure property inspections Identify cleanliness, maintenance, safety, or inventory issues Document findings with photos and detailed reports Communicate deficiencies to cleaning, maintenance, and management teams Verify completion of maintenance and housekeeping corrections Ensure properties are properly staged and guest-ready Perform periodic inventory checks and supply audits

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties Clear communication skills (written and verbal) Comfortable using mobile apps and inspection software Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license Flexible schedule, including weekends and peak seasons Experience in hospitality, property management, or quality control preferred
