Job Description

We are seeking an eager make ready who thrives in working in a team to get the work done! You will perform necessary work assigned by the Community Director to keep the community clean, and work with a lead maintenance who will assist in coordinating the competition of make-readies and Work orders when needed
Responsibilities:
Oversee the make-ready process and bring to completion Coordinate with lead maintenance to order required items needed for unit turns. Maintain a clean community and a safe workspace Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to handle physical workload
