6 a.m. -2:30 p.m. with possible OT. Required 5:00-6:00 p.m. occasionally JPosition Summary The On-Site Packaging Builder plays a key role in creating and assembling custom industrial packaging solutions at both company facilities and customer locations. This position combines hands-on construction work with material transport and requires the ability to travel, operate equipment safely, and represent the company professionally in client environments. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities may evolve based on business needs and include, but are not limited to: Construct custom crates, pallets, and specialized packaging at internal and customer job sites Safely operate hand tools, power tools, pneumatic nail guns, and stapling equipment Interpret work orders, blueprints, and packaging specifications to complete builds accurately Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and client expectations Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workspace Travel to customer sites to complete on-location packaging and crating projects Act as a professional company representative while working at client facilities Adhere to all site-specific safety, security, and compliance requirements Collaborate with customer personnel to complete assigned tasks efficiently Operate company vehicles such as box trucks and flatbeds for transport needs Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and finished products Secure loads properly in accordance with DOT regulations Monitor vehicle condition, maintain cleanliness, and report maintenance issues as needed Qualifications To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass company and customer-required background and eligibility screenings Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to obtain (or currently hold) CMV certification Experience operating box trucks and/or flatbed vehicles preferred Familiarity with manufacturing, packaging, or crating environments is a plus Comfortable using tools and equipment safely in a production setting Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Skills & Abilities Ability to read and understand written instructions, work orders, and general business documents in English Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Effective communication and teamwork skills Travel Requirements Willingness and ability to travel, including occasional out-of-state assignments Physical Requirements This role requires regular physical activity, including: Standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended periods Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds Working in a variety of environmental conditions, including varying temperatures Exposure to noise, dust, and moving machineryPay:
