  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized and attentive care for children with special needs, ensuring a safe and supportive environment that caters to each child's unique requirements.
Implement and adhere to individualized care plans, collaborating with families and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency and quality of care. Engage children in educational and recreational activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development. Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation and enhances the well-being of each child. Respect the confidentiality and privacy of the families you support, adhering to all relevant policies and regulations.
  • Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field, particularly with children with special needs, is highly preferable.
Strong understanding of various disabilities and a compassionate approach to caregiving. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with children, families, and team members. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with special needs. Ability to adapt to changing situations and remain calm under pressure. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required, depending on the location of care.
  • Working Conditions:
