Landscape Superintendent

Pay:

$55,000.00 Job description: Cutting Edge Lawn Service, LLC is a lawn and landscape service that also specializes in landscape and hardscape design. We are looking to hire a Landscape Superintendent that will work well with our company atmosphere. We have served this area for over 20 years, with many employees that have been here 10+ years. As we continue to expand, we are searching for employees to grow with us, and we are currently looking for someone to help out with design work. Below are some of the duties included in the position: Field Leadership & Project Execution Lead and manage multiple landscape crews on residential and commercial projects Oversee projects from site preparation through final completion Ensure work is completed according to plans, contracts, quality standards, and timelines Coordinate equipment, materials, and labor for daily and long-term project needs Operate and oversee trucks, trailers, and construction equipment Crew Management & Safety Train, coach, and develop crew members Enforce job-site safety policies and equipment compliance Hold team members accountable for performance and professionalism Provide regular feedback to leadership regarding crew performance and needs Client & Stakeholder Communication Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients Conduct walk-throughs, provide progress updates, and address questions or concerns Coordinate with office staff, vendors, subcontractors, and designers as needed Represent the company professionally at all times Project & Budget Management Read and interpret landscape plans, contracts, and specifications Plan work sequences and execution strategies Track labor hours, materials, and equipment usage Identify, communicate, and assist with change orders Communicate daily with leadership regarding progress, issues, and resource needs

Required Experience:

3+ years of experience as a landscape superintendent, foreman, or construction field leader Proven ability to lead crews and manage job sites Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong written and verbal communication skills •
