Supportive staff Growth opportunities Casual work attire On-the-job training Safe work environment ```Overview``` As a Pool Liner production lead you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including liner installs, quality control, monitoring liner fill progress, installation and operation of equipment, chemical balancing, faceplate installation, light installation, and handle customer communication throughout the job process. Other skills that are regularly utilized in this position are basic Plumbing, Electrical, and Masonry/Cement. Prior Pool Industry Experience is greatly encouraged, but not required. Requirements
- Physically fit, good stamina and the ability to lift items up to 60lb.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and techniques.
- Attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Reliable means of transportation.
- Dependable, and reliable.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Ability to be at work on time on every business day, Monday
- Friday 7am.
- Communicate with customers and relay accurate information to the supervisor.
