Job Summary We're looking for an experienced Plumbing Manager to lead and oversee our plumbing division. In this role, you'll manage a team of technicians, ensure high-quality service delivery, and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and people-oriented, with strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the plumbing team, including scheduling, dispatching, and job completion. Ensure all plumbing work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Train, mentor, and evaluate technicians to maintain high performance and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate service delivery and resolve field issues. Monitor inventory, tools, and equipment to ensure availability and cost control. Review project estimates, approve invoices, and manage departmental budgets. Implement and track KPIs to improve operational efficiency and team productivity. Maintain detailed job records and prepare reports for upper management. Stay current with industry trends, technology, and regulatory changes. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; relevant trade school or technical training preferred. Minimum of five years of plumbing experience, including at least two years in a supervisory role. Valid plumbing license as required by state or local regulations. Strong understanding of residential and commercial plumbing systems. Proven ability to manage teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
