Competitive salary based on experience + vehicle allowance, benefits, and performance incentives Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day field operations for a ground-up RV park development project. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing site development and vertical construction activities, and the ability to maintain project schedules, safety standards, and quality control throughout all phases of construction. This role requires a hands-on leader who can coordinate subcontractors, communicate effectively with project stakeholders, and drive project completion on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and field personnel Maintain and enforce project schedules and sequencing Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies Conduct daily site meetings and maintain daily reports/documentation Read and interpret plans, specifications, and civil drawings Coordinate utility installation, grading, paving, concrete, landscaping, and vertical construction scopes Monitor quality control and ensure workmanship meets project standards Collaborate with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and ownership teams Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize delays Track materials, deliveries, and site logistics Assist with punch lists, inspections, and turnover activities Qualifications Experience with RV park, campground, multifamily, or large site development projects preferred Strong understanding of grading, underground utilities, concrete, paving, and infrastructure work Ability to read and interpret civil and architectural plans Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient with construction management software and Microsoft Office OSHA 30 certification preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Experience Ground-up hospitality or recreational development projects Utility coordination and municipality inspections Scheduling software such as Procore, Buildertrend, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project Managing multiple subcontractors in fast-paced environments What We Offer Competitive compensation package Opportunity to work on a large-scale recreational development project Career growth and advancement opportunities Supportive team environment Paid time off and holidays Health benefits and vehicle allowance (if applicable) How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief summary of relevant project experience, including any RV park, hospitality, site development, or commercial construction projects you have supervised.
