$23-$27 per hour (based on experience) + Summer and Year-End Bonuses Lead Exceptional Landscape Care Teams Refined Gardens is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead a crew maintaining some of Arizona's most distinctive residential estates. This is not a typical mow-and-blow landscape position. Our clients expect exceptional attention to detail, proactive communication, and landscapes maintained to the highest standards. We are looking for a hands-on leader who takes pride in craftsmanship, develops their team, and consistently delivers outstanding results.

Our Properties Success in this role requires attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to maintain landscapes at a higher standard than traditional landscape maintenance operations. What You'll Do Lead and supervise a crew of two to three Gardeners on assigned maintenance routes Ensure every property meets Refined Gardens quality standards before leaving the site Perform daily property inspections and identify issues involving plant health, irrigation, drainage, turf, lighting, and overall landscape appearance Conduct routine irrigation inspections, troubleshoot basic irrigation issues, and identify repair needs before they impact plant health Communicate property conditions, client concerns, and recommended improvements to management Train, coach, and mentor crew members on proper horticultural practices, safety procedures, and company standards Maintain accountability for crew productivity, quality, and professionalism Ensure vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment remain clean, organized, secure, and properly maintained Record labor hours, job notes, photos, and property updates using company software Take before-and-after photos and document completed work Represent Refined Gardens professionally while interacting with clients, vendors, and trade partners Identify enhancement opportunities and maintenance concerns before they become client issues What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of landscape maintenance, fine gardening, or landscape foreman experience Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a small crew Strong knowledge of plant care, pruning, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance practices Ability to identify and communicate landscape issues proactively Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for luxury residential estates and high-profile client properties Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps for documentation and reporting Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical landscape work in outdoor conditions Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Who Thrives Here Leaders who take ownership and solve problems before they escalate Professionals who care about quality, details, and presentation Team players who value accountability and continuous improvement Individuals who take pride in their work and the appearance of the properties they maintain People seeking a long-term career rather than just a job Ready to Grow With Us?
