Rendered Stone Landscapes is a design-forward landscaping company specializing in high-quality residential construction and fine gardening maintenance. We focus on thoughtful, well-executed outdoor spaces; from full property makeovers to detailed, eco-conscious garden care. We're currently hiring for two distinct roles and are open to candidates who specialize in one, or bring skills in both: Landscape Construction / Installation Fine Gardening Maintenance Why Work With Us Tight knit, professional, low-drama team High-quality, thoughtfully executed, design-driven projects Clean, safe, organized job sites Steady, year-round consistent workflow Clear expectations and communication Real opportunity to grow with the company Position 1: Landscape Construction / Installer We take on full property makeovers with a variety of components, so this is a well-rounded landscape construction role . We're looking for someone with strong hands-on experience who takes pride in clean, efficient, high-quality work.
Scope of Work Includes:
Hardscape (pavers, natural stone, gravel, walls, etc.) Irrigation installation and troubleshooting Planting and soil work Lawn/turf installation Drainage and water abatement Fencing, water features, and general site construction
What We're Looking For:
Solid experience in landscape construction (multiple skill areas preferred) Strong attention to detail and job site cleanliness Ability to take direction and execute without constant oversight Good judgment and problem-solving in the field Willingness to step into leadership as trust is built
Bonus:
experience in adjacent trades (carpentry, drainage, grading, etc.)
Schedule:
M-F; 8:30am-4:30pm
Pay:
$26-$30+/hr DOE Position 2: Skilled Fine Gardener (Maintenance Team) This is not a mow-and-blow role . We maintain high-end residential gardens with a focus on plant health, detail, and long-term care.
What You'll Do:
Detailed hand pruning and specific plant care Planting and soil management Diagnose plant health issues and apply organic treatments Light use of electric equipment (blowers, trimmers, etc.) Work in a 2-person crew across multiple properties per day Act as the "eyes and ears" for each garden
What We're Looking For:
Strong plant knowledge and plant ID skills Experience with proper pruning techniques Familiarity with organic practices (no chemical pesticides) Basic irrigation troubleshooting/repair Efficient, detail-oriented, and observant Strong communication and professionalism with clients
Schedule:
Typically Tues-Fri (full days), with potential for additional days
Pay:
