The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, leadership skills and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This role is essential in ensuring that our landscaping projects are executed efficiently, meeting both quality standards and client expectations. As a Crewmember, you will be responsible for various tasks related to landscape maintenance and repair, lawn care, garden development, and tree care. Duties Maintain landscapes, ensuring high-quality workmanship. Maintain irrigation systems to promote healthy plant growth. Perform maintenance tasks, including planting, pruning, and mulching, etc.. Conduct lawn care activities such as mowing, fertilizing, and weed control. Perform tree care tasks including trimming, planting, and removal as necessary. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for the crew. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress. Qualifications A valid Driver's License is not required; however, candidates with a valid license are preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Experience in landscaping or related fields Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team and clients. Familiarity with irrigation systems design and installation is preferred. Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions as the position is outdoors. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results
