Duties Supervise daily operations of landscaping crews, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high standards of quality in all tasks Coordinate and oversee landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, pruning, planting, irrigation system installation and repairs Lead construction projects such as hardscaping, planting beds, fencing, and other outdoor structures with attention to detail Manage tree care operations including trimming, removal, and health assessments while adhering to safety protocols Oversee gardening and horticulture tasks to promote healthy plant growth and vibrant landscapes Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and tools; schedule routine inspections and repairs as needed Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement Experience Proven supervising experience in landscaping or related outdoor maintenance fields Strong background in landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, and horticulture practices Hands-on experience with construction projects involving outdoor structures or hardscaping elements Knowledge of irrigation systems installation, troubleshooting, and repair techniques Familiarity with tree care procedures including pruning, cabling, and health assessments Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors Join us in creating beautiful outdoor environments while advancing your career in a vibrant and supportive setting!
