Job Description

Tucalota Springs RV Park & Campground is a quiet, family-friendly destination nestled in the foothills of Temecula Wine Country. Our 80-site RV park offers guests a peaceful retreat with exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused RV Park Manager who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and creating an outstanding guest experience. Position Summary The RV Park Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the campground office and guest services. This individual serves as the primary point of contact for guests, manages reservations and check-ins, maintains positive customer relationships, and helps ensure the park remains clean, organized, and welcoming. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, professional, and passionate about hospitality. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and facilitate check-in and check-out procedures
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to email inquiries regarding reservations and park amenities
  • Process reservations, payments, and cancellations accurately
  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective guests
  • Build positive relationships with long-term and short-term guests
  • Collect site fees and maintain accurate records
  • Issue notices and communicate park policies professionally and respectfully
  • Address guest concerns, complaints, and compliments promptly and courteously
  • Monitor campsites and common areas for cleanliness and compliance with park standards
  • Coordinate with maintenance personnel regarding site or facility issues
  • Perform general office and administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and record keeping
  • Assist with special projects and daily operations as needed Qualifications
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, property management, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Campground Master or other reservation software is preferred but not required Schedule

Office Hours:
9:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM
  • Some flexibility required
  • Weekend and holiday availability required
  • Schedule includes rotating coverage to ensure park operations seven days per week
Pay:
$22.00
