YOU MUST HAVE A C - 27 LANDSCAPING CONTRACTORS LICENSE TO APPLY!

!! Duties Manage and supervise landscaping projects, including lawn care, garden design, tree care, irrigation systems, and hardscape installations. Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other construction equipment to ensure efficient project completion. Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, pruning, tree trimming, snow plowing, and gardening to maintain client properties at peak condition. Ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and licensing requirements as the Responsible Managing Officer. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and team members to plan project timelines and deliver exceptional results. Perform routine inspections of work sites to monitor quality control and address any issues promptly. Maintain detailed records of project progress, safety protocols, equipment maintenance, and compliance documentation. Requirements Valid C-27 Landscaping Contractor license with current licensing in good standing. Proven experience in landscape maintenance, hardscape construction, tree care, irrigation systems, and general gardening practices. Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment such as mowers, excavators, power tools, and hand tools. Knowledge of horticulture principles and best practices for lawn care and plant health management. Ability to lead teams effectively while ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members. Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions for extended periods.
