JML Landscapes was built from the ground up by people with a wide range of passions from environmental science and horticulture, to architecture and photography. The site supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation of landscape projects from start to finish. San Francisco's relentlessly diverse topography ensures that each job presents new and exciting challenges, making that moment where you are able to stand back and admire your finished product all the more rewarding. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable and enjoys creative problem solving using a multidisciplinary skillset. Responsibilities include : orchestrating all activities on a jobsite to maximize productivity reading conceptual plans and construction details interpreting complex landscape conditions and adjusting construction to adapt to unique site situations executing installation plan to fulfill design intent while meeting client satisfaction utilizing strong communication skills with fellow employees, project managers, and clients managing subcontractors on site, coordinating workflow and schedule. maintaining organization, both on the jobsite and in the warehouse, including restocking parts, materials, and shared tools keeping accurate and thorough time tracking records of all personnel on site performing physical work including hauling, lifting, and digging performing skilled work such as carpentry, masonry, lighting, and irrigation managing jobsite safety including regular tailgate meetings, assessing potential risks to both employees and bystanders as jobsite conditions change performing all work to industry and/or JML standards, demonstrating a high level of quality and craftsmanship JML offers: A supportive work environment.
