This is important, hands-on work that builds your reputation, leadership, and skillset. We're looking for leaders who can solve problems in the field, keep projects moving, and lead crews the right way. What We Need 4+ years leading 3-4 man crews Valid Driver's License Strong understanding of pool, hardscape, and landscape order of operations Pride in quality work Leadership mentality and accountability Ready to work in a physically demanding environment Core Responsibilities Crew Leadership Lead daily field operations Train and develop crew members Maintain professionalism, accountability, and team culture Production & Quality Control Ensure projects meet company standards Monitor timelines, efficiency, and jobsite quality Prevent rework through attention to detail Decision Making Solve problems quickly in the field Adapt to changing jobsite conditions Make smart decisions without constant supervision Team Development Help new hires succeed Build future leaders within the company Encourage teamwork, discipline, and growth At Grizzly Landscape, a Team Leader doesn't just manage projects — they build trust, lead people, and protect the company's reputation every day.
