Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead our maintenance/irrigation crew in maintaining beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. In this role, you will oversee daily operations of landscape maintenance projects, supervise crew members, and ensure high-quality standards are met consistently. Your leadership will drive efficiency, safety, and excellence across all maintenance tasks, including lawn care, planting, pruning, irrigation, and tree care. Duties Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities, ensuring timely and quality execution of projects Lead a team of landscapers, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills in landscaping, gardening, and horticulture Oversee routine lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, aeration and weed control to maintain pristine grounds Manage irrigation systems installation, repair, and maintenance to optimize efficiency Conduct tree care including pruning, trimming, and health assessments to promote safety and growth Assist with construction projects related to landscape upgrades or installations Perform quality inspections and troubleshoot issues promptly to uphold high standards of landscape aesthetics and health Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance and irrigation Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments Knowledge of lawn care techniques, irrigation systems, tree care practices, and gardening fundamentals Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Excellent communication skills for coordinating tasks and ensuring safety compliance Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions Join us as a Landscape Maintenance Foreman and be part of a growing company focused on quality work, reliability, and taking care of our clients' properties the right way.
