Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with outdoor living/landscape construction, managing crew members, keeping a job on budget and on time, and client communication.

Responsibilities:
Manage project timelines and budgets Follow project plans and schedules Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success Communicate project status to stakeholders Identify and mitigate project risks Ensure compliance with company, legal and compliance policies, and procedures Ensure a rewarding and pleasant experience for the client and the crews through communication, preparation, and quality product delivery. Report out to the team and appropriate stakeholders on project status
Competencies:
Team relations Client relations Knowledge of Hubspot is preferred but not required Experience problem solving in the field Ability to clearly communicate between all involved stakeholders Continuing to uphold the company's mission statement and core values while working through all responsibilities Strong organizational skills
Experience:
5+ years of experience in outdoor living/landscape construction Experience with a CRM, process management, and Google Drive Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and leadership skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Other Responsibilities:
You are responsible for maintaining the company truck by keeping it clean and up to date on oil changes, tires, etc. (A company card will be provided. If there are maintenance issues or needs with the truck, you can use your work card to pay for it, but all major repairs need prior approval.

Snow season is an on-call, 24/7 season. It is important to watch the weather and understand your responsibilities if you know that snow is coming. (You will be notified in advance, however, it is important to be prepared to go out at any hour.) Commitment to
