As a key leader on-site, you will oversee daily operations, supervise crew members, and ensure that all landscape projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your expertise in landscape maintenance, horticulture, and construction will drive the success of our projects while fostering a collaborative and motivated team atmosphere. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities, including lawn care, gardening, tree care, irrigation, and general horticulture tasks. Lead landscaping and construction projects from planning through execution, ensuring quality standards are met. Manage daily crew schedules, assign tasks effectively, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies; conduct safety briefings and inspections regularly. Provide mentorship and training to team members on landscape techniques, equipment operation, and best practices. Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and update them on progress; address any concerns promptly. Maintain equipment, tools, and materials inventory; oversee routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Skills Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, gardening, horticulture or related fields. Strong supervising experience with the ability to lead teams effectively in outdoor settings. Knowledge of construction processes related to landscape projects including planting, grading, paving, and installation. Familiarity with tree care practices and irrigation systems installation/maintenance. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment. Ability to perform maintenance tasks on landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and vendors.
