Job Description

Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscaping Foreman to lead our landscaping team in delivering high-quality outdoor construction services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of landscape and hardscape projects and a proven track record supervising crews. This role offers an opportunity to oversee diverse projects, including patios, retaining walls, irrigation, and general landscape construction, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining the aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping operations. Lead a team of crew members in executing tasks efficiently while maintaining safety standards. Ensure all work complies with industry standards and client specifications. Perform quality control inspections to guarantee the highest level of service delivery. Manage equipment maintenance and ensure proper use of tools and machinery. Provide training and mentorship to crew members to enhance their skills in horticulture, maintenance, and safety procedures. Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress. Requirements Proven experience in landscape and hardscape projects. Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments. Knowledge of tree care, irrigation systems, and general landscape construction techniques. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Familiarity with equipment maintenance and safe operation of landscaping machinery. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in project execution. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods. Valid driver's license with clean driving record and with the ability to operate trucks and trailers. Bilingual is a must.
