This energetic role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate teams, ensure quality workmanship, and deliver exceptional outdoor environments. As a key driver of project success, you will motivate crew members, manage resources efficiently, and uphold safety standards while creating beautiful, functional landscapes that exceed client expectations. Duties Supervise and coordinate landscape installation crews to ensure timely and efficient project completion Oversee all phases of landscape projects including planting, grading, irrigation, lawn care, and hardscape installation Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment for all team members Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to clarify project specifications and resolve issues promptly Manage project materials, equipment, and tools to optimize productivity and minimize waste Conduct quality inspections throughout the project lifecycle to guarantee high standards of craftsmanship Provide leadership in landscaping techniques, horticulture practices, tree care, gardening, and maintenance tasks Skills Proven supervising experience in landscape installation or related construction fields Strong knowledge of landscaping principles including planting, hardscape install, irrigation systems, and garden maintenance Expertise in horticulture, tree care, gardening techniques, and landscape maintenance practices Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively Familiarity with construction processes related to outdoor environments such as grading and hardscape installation Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members Ability to troubleshoot issues related to irrigation systems, lawn care equipment, or plant health efficiently Join us as a Foreman in Landscape Installation where your leadership will shape stunning outdoor spaces!
