In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations on-site, coordinate teams, and ensure that all landscape maintenance, construction, and horticultural tasks are executed to the highest standards. Your leadership will inspire a team of skilled workers, promote safety, and deliver exceptional outdoor environments that delight clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in landscaping while fostering a positive, energetic work environment. Duties Lead construction projects including site preparation, planting, irrigation installation, and hardscape work Manage daily team schedules, assign tasks efficiently, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times and conduct regular site inspections for hazards or maintenance needs Provide guidance and mentorship to crew members, fostering leadership skills and teamwork Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure project specifications are met or exceeded Maintain equipment and tools, oversee routine maintenance, and ensure proper usage for optimal performance Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture with a focus on supervising teams Strong knowledge of lawn care practices, tree care techniques, irrigation systems, and gardening principles Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse crew Familiarity with construction processes related to outdoor projects such as hardscaping or site prep Excellent understanding of safety standards within landscape operations and construction sites Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and adapt plans as needed for project success Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; relevant certifications in landscaping or horticulture are a plus Join us in creating stunning outdoor spaces!
