Job Description

Nature's Workforce, Landscape Maintenance branch of Consolidated Divisions, Inc. (CDI), is hiring an experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead a landscape maintenance crew while working alongside the team in the field.
Pay:
$26.00 to $29.00
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM, with occasional weekends. Winter snow removal may require nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call availability.
Responsibilities:
Lead and work alongside a crew of up to 5 employees Perform mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, pruning, weed control, and property cleanup Ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met Train and coach crew members Track labor hours, complete daily reports, JHAs, DVIRs, and other required documentation Safely operate and transport landscape equipment Assist with snow removal operations during winter months
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of landscape maintenance experience Experience operating commercial landscape equipment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lead a crew and communicate effectively Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions Why Join CDI?
