The foreman will be responsible for supervising field crews, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Duties Manage and oversee landscaping projects from beginning to completion. Supervise and lead landscaping crews on job sites. Coordinate daily schedules, tasks, and resources to meet project deadlines. Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications. Promote and enforce safety procedures and company policies. Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise. Communicate with clients, management and team members clearly and professionally. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscaping, and crew supervision. This includes knowledge in landscaping techniques, equipment and safety practices. knowledge and experience in pool installation and maintenance preferred. strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to adapt quickly to changing project demands while maintaining high standards of quality Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
