The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for landscape design and maintenance. This role is essential in ensuring that all landscaping projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscaping crew to ensure effective workflow. Oversee lawn care tasks, including mowing, trimming, and fertilization to maintain healthy landscapes. Manage landscape maintenance activities such as planting, pruning, and mulching. Lead groundskeeping efforts to ensure all areas are clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. Train new team members on proper landscaping techniques and safety protocols. Skills Proven experience in lawn care and landscape maintenance. Strong knowledge of groundskeeping practices and horticulture. Ability to supervise a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment. Experience in tree care techniques and safety measures.
