In this role, you will oversee daily operations on-site, coordinate with team members, and ensure that all landscape, lawn care, and horticultural tasks are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. Your leadership will inspire a team to deliver exceptional outdoor environments while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape beautiful landscapes and contribute to community beautification projects. Duties Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning , planting, and irrigation system installation and repair Lead landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget Oversee lawn care routines such as fertilization, aeration, weed control, and pest management Manage tree care operations including planting, pruning, removal, and health assessments Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality standards and safety compliance Assign tasks to crew members based on skill levels and project requirements Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies to ensure optimal performance and safety standards Skills Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture with a focus on outdoor project execution Supervising experience leading teams in construction or gardening environments Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques, irrigation systems, tree care practices, and general gardening principles Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse crew Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials and operating landscaping machinery safely Good understanding of safety protocols related to construction sites and outdoor work environments Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and vendors Join us as a Landscape Foreman to lead inspiring outdoor projects that enhance communities!
