Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Manager to lead our outdoor maintenance and landscaping operations. This vital role involves overseeing daily field activities, managing a team of skilled technicians, and ensuring the highest standards of landscape care across multiple sites. As a Field Manager, you will drive operational excellence, foster a safety-conscious environment, and deliver exceptional service to clients. Your leadership will inspire teams to achieve outstanding results while maintaining efficient workflows and promoting sustainable practices. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, irrigation, tree care, and horticulture activities across assigned sites. Lead and motivate a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure quality work. Plan daily schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines and client expectations. Conduct site inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed and work meets company standards for quality and environmental responsibility. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and communicate project updates effectively. Oversee equipment maintenance and inventory management to ensure all tools and machinery are operational. Implement best practices in construction, landscaping, and maintenance to optimize efficiency and sustainability. Skills Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture with a strong understanding of plant health and garden design. Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments. Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care techniques, gardening practices, and general maintenance procedures. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment. Excellent organizational skills for planning schedules, managing resources, and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors. A proactive approach to safety compliance and problem-solving in outdoor settings.
