Lead Landscape Specialist :
A Landscape Specialist is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of outdoor spaces, including planting, pruning, and pest control, as well as ensuring the overall health and aesthetic appeal of landscapes. They may also be involved in selling landscape design, installation, and construction, and may work on a variety of projects from residential gardens to large public spaces.
Key responsibilities:
Assist with crew set-up and project scope oversight Assist with inventory tracking Help solve general production challenges New Install layout Creating maintenance sales opportunities while on site overseeing contracted maintenance and installation Customer relations Job cost tracking Business development building customer rapport Create enhancements sales opportunities and assist sales with site visits to help plan/build proposals. Getting crews started in the beginning of the day, prepping for next day and assisting operations manager with daily tasks.
Skills and Education:
Knowledge of ornamental horticulture Ability to operate heavy and small equipment Plant identification Communication skills and interpersonal skills Attention to detail Problem solving skills Physical stamina.
