Job Description

RSC Landscaping is a leading design-build landscaping company dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. The Landscape Field Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing daily on-site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about landscape design and construction, who thrive in a dynamic, outdoor work environment. Responsibilities Oversee multiple landscape projects from site preparation to final inspection, ensuring alignment with design specifications and client expectations. Coordinate with design teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project execution. Monitor project timelines, adjust as needed, and communicate progress with the Landscape Manager and Designers. Lead, train, and mentor field crews in landscaping, hardscaping, and plant installation practices. Schedule crew assignments and ensure efficient resource allocation based on project needs. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met and address any issues on-site. Enforce safety protocols and ensure all team members adhere to OSHA and company safety standards. Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, addressing questions and concerns professionally. Maintain accurate records of time, materials, and equipment used on projects. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in landscape construction, preferably in a design-build setting. Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant materials, and hardscape installation. Ability to read and interpret landscape design plans and blueprints. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and ability to operate landscaping equipment as needed. Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Capacity to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks. Must be 18 years of age or older
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
