Landscape Foreman

We have an opportunity for a Landscape Foreman to join our team in our Bradenton, FL location. This role is Full-Time and expected to work (10-hour days Monday-Thursday).

Roles and Responsibilities:

Coordinate :

Organize job sites, schedule work, and assign tasks to crew members

Supervise :

Ensure that projects are completed on time and meet customer expectations

Train :

Teach crew members about landscaping techniques and safety

Maintain :

Ensure that landscaping projects are of high quality Ensure safety : Follow safety and security protocols and ensure a safe work environment

Troubleshoot :

Identify and fix problems with grounds maintenance Manage equipment : Ensure that the right tools and equipment are available Manage budget : Organize and track budget data Perform hands-on work : Plant, mow, prune, weed, and perform other landscaping tasks

Qualifications :

Knowledge of landscaping and irrigation systems Knowledge of common landscape problems and deficiencies Ability to work with hand and power tools Able to operate heavy equipment related to enhancement jobs, like skid steer, sod cutter, and tree lift Ability to drive a truck and trailer Ability to lift and carry heavy loads Ability to work outdoors in various conditions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment This list is not an all-inclusive list of all duties and responsibilities. What You Bring to

Us:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role. Ability to prioritize and provide excellent client service. Valid driver's license required of at least 3 years with a clean driving record. Familiarity with Aspire software a plus! Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is strongly desired.
