• Clermont, FL Alpha Landscaping is a rapidly growing landscape maintenance company serving residential and commercial properties throughout Clermont, Groveland, and the South Lake County area.

We are currently looking for an experienced Landscape Crew Foreman to lead a maintenance crew and ensure our properties are maintained to the high standards our clients expect. This position is ideal for a skilled landscaping professional with prior crew leadership experience who can manage a team, operate equipment, and keep properties looking clean and professional. The foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily routes, maintaining efficiency, and ensuring work is completed properly and on schedule. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is dependable, and wants to grow with a company that is expanding quickly in Central Florida. Position Responsibilities The Crew Foreman will be responsible for both crew leadership and hands-on landscape maintenance , including: Leading and supervising a landscape maintenance crew on daily routes Operating commercial mowing equipment and landscaping tools Ensuring properties are maintained to company quality standards Managing crew productivity and keeping routes on schedule Performing mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and shrub trimming Communicating with management regarding route progress and property needs Training and guiding crew members to improve performance and efficiency Conducting daily equipment checks and ensuring proper tool maintenance Maintaining professionalism when working on residential and commercial properties

Qualifications Required:

Prior landscape maintenance experience Previous crew leader or foreman experience Experience operating commercial lawn equipment (zero-turn mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage a crew and maintain productivity throughout the day Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat and weather conditions Ability to lift 40-50 pounds Reliable transportation to and from work

Preferred:
