Supervises the childrens routines, homework, school projects, extracurricular activities, and manages household errands, coordinates repairs and maintenance, supervises domestic personnel, organizes schedules and itineraries, and handles personal and administrative documents for the family. Ensures the home runs efficiently and all family needs are met. The position will coordinate, and oversee the work of staff employed in our private residence. In this context, as the family's supervisor the role acts as the primary point of contact between the homeowners and the staff, ensuring the home operates smoothly and meets the required standards. Coordinates and oversees the work of household service providers (such as cleaners, maintenance personnel, landscapers, and/or childcare providers) to ensure tasks requested by the family are completed efficiently and according to household needs. This includes scheduling services, communicating household preferences, and confirming completion of work.
