Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Manager to lead and oversee our landscaping projects and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of horticulture and landscape maintenance, and the ability to supervise a team of landscape professionals. This role involves managing all aspects of landscape care, including lawn care, tree and shrub maintenance, irrigation systems, and construction projects, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations. The Landscape Manager will play a key role in planning, executing, and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces while fostering a safe and productive work environment. Responsibilities Supervise daily landscape maintenance activities, including lawn care, gardening, pruning, planting, and tree care. Oversee landscaping projects from inception to completion, including construction and installation tasks. Manage irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering schedules and system performance. Lead a team of landscape technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized landscape solutions. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and environmental regulations. Maintain equipment and tools necessary for landscape operations; oversee routine maintenance. Develop schedules for ongoing landscape maintenance and project deadlines. Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to maximize efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends in horticulture, gardening techniques, and sustainable practices. Experience Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture management. Supervising experience in a landscaping or construction environment is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of lawn care, tree care, irrigation systems, gardening, and general landscape construction. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively. Familiarity with equipment maintenance and safety protocols related to landscaping tools and machinery. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices within the landscaping industry is a plus.
