Landscape Crew Leader

Full-service landscape company that specializes in the installation of landscape materials such as trees, shrubs and flowers is looking for a Crew Leader that is looking to grow their career in the landscape industry.

Job Skills:

Fluency in Spanish required Driver's license is required Must be able to read landscape plans Must have knowledge and understanding of landscape tools & equipment Must have knowledge of plants & trees Excellent communication skills Ability to problem solve in a timely manner Strong attention to detail Effective leadership skills Previous experience as a Crew Leader or similar role is preferred

Job Description:

Oversee crew members' duties and ensure that all crew members are working as a team to complete tasks safely and efficiently Ensure that all work areas are maintained according to health and safety standards Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude with other crew members Maintain communication with management on any issues that arise from crew members or management Ensure all safety equipment is in good working order Performs other duties as assigned by

Management Pay:

$19.00 + depending on experience Full Time Expected hours: 40 per week
