We specialize in high-quality landscape transformations, plant installations, and enhancement work that makes properties stand out. We're a systems-driven company that invests in our people and runs clean, professional operations. What You'll Do Lead a crew on landscape enhancement and transformation projects Install plants, shrubs, and trees to design specifications Install sod — prep, cut, lay, and finish to grade Install and refresh mulch beds — edging, bed prep, and material distribution Execute full landscape transformations from start to completion Maintain a clean, professional jobsite and leave properties better than you found them Communicate daily with your manager via company-provided phone and keep the crew on pace What We're Looking For 2+ years of hands-on landscape installation experience (not just maintenance) Experience with sod installation, plant installs, and mulching at a production pace Ability to read a site and execute a layout without hand-holding Strong work ethic — this is physical, production-based work Valid driver's license required Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday (mulch bags, sod rolls, plant material) Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and work at ground level for extended periods Ability to stand and perform manual labor for the duration of a shift in Florida outdoor conditions Comfortable working in heat, humidity, and varying weather year-round Physical stamina to maintain a production pace across full project days Dress Code Copperhead maintains a professional appearance on every jobsite. All field employees are required to report in: Copperhead-issued shirt (provided) — tucked in at all times on the job Copperhead-issued hat (provided) Khaki pants or khaki shorts Black or brown belt Closed-toe shoes minimum Employees are expected to arrive job-ready and represent the Copperhead brand on every property.

Compensation & Schedule Pay:

$800-$900/week (based on experience)

Schedule:

4.5 days/week, year-round

Sick Time:
