In this role, you will oversee daily operations, supervise crew members, and ensure high-quality landscape maintenance, gardening, and construction projects. Your leadership will inspire teamwork, promote safety, and deliver exceptional results that exceed client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape outdoor environments while fostering a collaborative and energetic work atmosphere. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities, including lawn care, pruning, planting, irrigation, and general gardening tasks Lead landscaping and construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols Manage crew schedules, assign tasks effectively, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines Conduct inspections of work sites to ensure quality control and proper use of equipment and materials Provide training and mentorship to team members on horticulture practices, equipment operation, safety procedures, and customer service Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and safety incidents Experience Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or landscaping projects Strong background in landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, horticulture, and tree care techniques Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting Hands-on experience with construction activities related to outdoor environments Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and foster a positive work environment Familiarity with equipment operation, safety standards, and maintenance procedures Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and vendors Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant landscapes!
