Landscape Construction Foreman Landscaping, Sod and Beyond Ocala, Florida Full Time Position About Us Landscaping, Sod and Beyond is a growing landscape construction company serving residential and commercial clients throughout North Central Florida. We specialize in landscape installations, sod installation, irrigation systems, drainage solutions, hardscapes, and complete outdoor transformations. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and dependable Landscape Construction Foreman to lead field crews and oversee landscape construction projects from start to finish. This position requires a hands on leader who can effectively manage crews, operate equipment, maintain job site safety, and ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards. Responsibilities Lead and supervise landscape construction crews on residential and commercial projects. Coordinate daily job site activities and ensure projects stay on schedule. Read and interpret landscape plans, layouts, and specifications. Install and oversee the installation of sod, plants, irrigation systems, drainage systems, pavers, retaining walls, mulch, and other landscape features. Operate landscape equipment and train crew members on proper equipment use. Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations. Maintain a safe and productive work environment. Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, suppliers, and crew members. Manage job site materials, equipment, and logistics. Complete daily reports and document project progress. Safely transport equipment, trailers, and materials to and from job sites. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of landscape construction experience. Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of landscape installation, irrigation, drainage, sod installation, and hardscape construction. Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints. Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, trenchers, and other landscape equipment. Valid Class A or Class B CDL required. Clean driving record. Ability to safely tow trailers and transport equipment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift 50 pounds or more. Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
