Full Job Description Essential Responsibilities:
Oversee daily landscape operations for club grounds, golf course areas, and club-owned properties to maintain high standards of appearance and functionality. Supervise, schedule, and support landscape team members, including training, coaching, and reinforcing workplace expectations and safety practices. Coordinate with Golf Course leadership and other departments to support overall grounds maintenance and golf course readiness. Monitor outdoor areas, including turf, landscaping beds, shrubs, facilities, and common areas to identify maintenance, irrigation, and treatment needs. Assist with maintenance and repair of landscape and irrigation systems as needed. Apply or oversee the application of fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides in compliance with licensing requirements, company procedures, and applicable regulations; maintain required documentation and records. Manage inventory of landscaping materials, maintenance supplies, and related equipment. Coordinate with vendors and contractors to support landscaping and maintenance needs. Maintain compliance with workplace safety standards, including employee training, recordkeeping, and proper storage of materials. Attend meetings and training as needed to maintain operational knowledge and support department goals. Support operational needs, including occasional weekend, extended, or flexible hours based on business demands. Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Valid pesticide license (or ability to obtain and maintain, if required by role). Experience in landscape maintenance, irrigation systems, and grounds operations preferred. Ability to work in an outdoor environment and support a team-oriented operation.
