JOB SUMMARY A
Landscape Crew Forman lead teams of workers in the implementation of a project. They are required to create plans and meet with clients and team members. Landscape Crew Forman directs the installation and maintenance of landscape projects for residential and commercial clients.ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices Purchase materials, plan inventory Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant Formulate strategic and operational objectives Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability Manage budgets and forecasts Recruit, train and supervise staff Find ways to increase quality of customer serviceREQUIREMENTS
Proven work experience as Landscape Crew Forman or similar role Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management Experience with budgeting and forecasting Familiarity with business and financial principles Excellent communication skills Leadership abilityJob Type:
