Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Lawn Care Technician - Manager and lead the charge in delivering exceptional landscape and lawn maintenance services. In this energetic role, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate crew activities, and ensure high-quality results that transform outdoor spaces. Your leadership will inspire your team to work efficiently, safely, and with pride, creating beautiful environments for our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with team management in a fast-paced, outdoor setting. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, planting, and irrigation setup. Lead a crew of technicians by assigning duties, monitoring progress, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Operate and maintain various landscaping tools and equipment such as hand tools, and power tools when necessary. Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations. Manage inventory of landscaping materials and equipment to ensure smooth operations. Provide training and mentorship to crew members on landscaping techniques, safety procedures, and equipment use. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate power tools, and other landscaping machinery safely. Extensive experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, tree care, pruning (including tree trimming), and mowing. Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting to maintain healthy landscapes. Familiarity with horticulture principles, and practices. Ability to use hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team while maintaining a focus on safety and quality. Good communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members effectively. This role is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about outdoor work who thrive in leadership positions.
