MUST BE BILINGUAL
Responsibilities Schedule and direct personnel and resources to provide top-notch landscape maintenance services Support Management in customer service, estimating, and budgeting as needed Support mechanics as is need with ordering and picking up parts for repairs and training field on basic equipment maintenance as directed by management Communicate regularly with management to understand client needs Ensure job site quality and appearance meet client and company standards Coordinate all materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors required for landscape services Inspect properties before scheduled service and prepare action plans Identify and address insect or disease problems in the landscape Perform hands-on work with crews to meet work and scheduling demands as necessary Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures Work with Management to identify staffing needs and hire new crew members as needed Train, counsel, and develop growth plans for employees Provide hands-on training and support for crew members on equipment operation, pruning techniques, safety, and quality standards Maintain and manage all required paperwork Order materials as needed Additional tasks may be required based on business needs and departmental priorities Qualifications Florida Drivers License (Required) Previous experience managing multiple landscape maintenance crews and projects (3 Years Minimum Required) Experience managing daily, weekly, and monthly labor hours and expenses (Required) Basic understanding of Profit & Loss Statements (Required) Bilingual (Required) Complete knowledge of equipment, tools, and machinery needed for landscaping operations Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent time management skills and strong sense of urgency Proficient computer skills Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, word, etc. Strong safety leadership skills Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance available Paid Holidays Paid time off (PTO) 401K plans Career growth opportunities Experience and License Requirements Customer Service Operations Supervisor/Management
