- Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a an experienced Irrigation Foreman to lead and oversee irrigation system installations.
In this role, you will lead a crew, ensure quality workmanship and design, and uphold safety standards while delivering efficient irrigation solutions. Duties Supervise and coordinate irrigation installation Lead a crew, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion of projects Inspect irrigation equipment and systems to identify issues and implement effective solutions Operate trenchers, vibratory plows, and mini-skids Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and system specifications Maintain work vehicle and work machine Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies Requirements At least 10 years proven experience in irrigation installation Strong knowledge related to irrigation systems, pumps, valves, and controllers Familiarity with lawn care practices and landscaping care Ability to operate trenchers, vibratory plows, and mini-skids equipment safely Knowledge of land surveying and site layout for efficient irrigation planning Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively Strong communication skills to coordinate with clients and team members Join us if are looking for a long-term role in a well established company.
