Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscape/Hardscape Director of Install to lead our installation projects with enthusiasm and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the execution of landscape and hardscape installations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency at every step. Your leadership will inspire our skilled team of horticulturists, craftsmen, and supervisors to deliver outstanding results that exceed client expectations. Duties Lead and manage all phases of landscape and hardscape installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget. Supervise a team of skilled workers, including landscapers, masons, irrigation specialists, and horticulturists, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Coordinate with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure materials are delivered on schedule and specifications are met. Oversee site preparation, construction activities, planting, irrigation setup, tree care, and maintenance procedures to guarantee high-quality workmanship. Enforce safety protocols on-site to maintain a secure work environment for all team members. Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure that all installations adhere to company standards and client specifications. Troubleshoot on-site issues promptly to keep projects moving smoothly while maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders. Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping installation, or hardscape construction with a focus on outdoor environments. Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor construction or horticultural projects. Strong knowledge of lawn care practices, gardening techniques, horticulture principles, and tree care. Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and maintenance as well as general landscape maintenance procedures. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail during project planning and execution. Ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications accurately.
