Lead and supervise crews on residential landscape installation projects Coordinate daily tasks to ensure smooth, on-time project execution Interpret and implement landscape blueprints and project plans Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (e.g., skid steers, trenchers, mowers) Install both softscape and hardscape features—plants, pavers, retaining walls, irrigation Train and mentor team members, promoting safety and efficiency Maintain quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and management Ensure compliance with local landscaping and environmental regulations Perform routine checks and minor repairs on equipmentQualifications:
5+ years of residential landscaping experience, with leadership preferred Strong knowledge of landscape construction, horticulture, and irrigation Ability to read and execute detailed landscape design plans CDL license (required for equipment transport and hauling) Excellent communication and organizational skills Physical ability to lift materials and work outdoors in all weather conditions Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Commitment to teamwork, safety, and craftsmanshipBenefits & Perks:
