This role owns delivery. Once a job is sold, you take it from there—schedule it, staff it, build it, and close it out the right way. Responsibilities Manage all enhancement projects from kickoff through completion Schedule work and assign a dedicated crew (Crew Leader + 2) Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors Ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to company standards Maintain jobsite quality, safety, and organization Review scope and logistics with Account Managers before work begins Track labor, materials, and job performance in Aspire Close out jobs with accurate costing and clean documentation Protect target gross profit margins (45

• 50%) Requirements 3+ years landscape installation experience Experience running crews and managing jobsite execution Working knowledge of hardscapes, drainage, sod, and plant installation Ability to operate or direct equipment (skid steer, dingo, etc.
