Job Summary We are looking for Crew Leads for Maintenance and Installation. This is a working lead role for teams 2-4 people. Driving is a requirement.

R esponsibilities include:

Oversee regular operations of landscaping jobs, such as lawn care, plantings, and pruning, gardening, tree care, and basic horticulture practices. Lead a crew, ensuring safety protocols are followed and efficient workflow. Manage construction activities related to landscape projects, including site preparation and installation. Maintain equipment and tools used for landscaping activities. Ensure all work meets company standards. Provide training to crew members to enhance their skills in landscape, irrigation, and installation. Communicate with clients face to face. R equirements Valid Driver's License and the ability to drive a truck and trailer. Experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or related fields is greatly prefered. Teamwork experience within a landscaping or construction environment is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of lawn care, tree care, and general maintenance practices. The ability to manage teams effectively. Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Organizational skills with attention to detail in project execution.
