Landscaping foreman

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscaping Foreman to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, supervise crew members, and ensure high-quality landscape maintenance, gardening, and construction projects. Your leadership will drive efficiency, safety, and excellence across all landscaping activities, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional results that enhance our clients' environments. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate landscaping crews to complete projects efficiently and to high standards of quality. Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, pruning, planting, irrigation system installation and repairs, and general garden upkeep. Manage construction activities such as hardscaping, planting beds, fencing, and other outdoor structures. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment. Provide guidance and training to team members on landscaping techniques, equipment operation, horticulture best practices, and customer service. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and troubleshoot issues promptly. Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring proper use and regular maintenance for optimal performance. Experience Proven supervising experience in landscaping or related outdoor maintenance fields. Strong background in landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, horticulture, and tree care. Knowledge of irrigation systems, construction processes, and general outdoor project management. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with safety standards related to landscaping equipment and outdoor work environments. Prior experience in irrigation installation or repair is a plus. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
