LANDSCAPING LEAD CONTRACTOR NEEDED
(PART-TIME) Are you a leader? Can you supervise people with sensitivity? Looking to contract you out to help lead others in growing more food and beautifying the aina (land). We are hiring landscaping contractors—specifically, a
LEAD CONTRACTOR.
Job Tasks:
Edible landscaping and garden maintenance supporting sustainability and food production Planting, pruning, weeding General landscape work as well Supervisory tasks:
Team Management Operational Planning Project Coordination Client Interaction Inventory and Equipment Management Pay:
$35/hour beginning
Hours:
10-25 hours per month Flexible schedule based on project needs
Requirements :
Must own a vehicle Minimum 4 years of landscaping experience Reliable, responsible, and accountable STRONG Emotional Intelligence (EI) Communicate clearly. Has certifications or training in emotional intelligence facilitation Has curiosity, listening skills, and is sensitive
