Responsibilities Lead and supervise landscape crews to complete maintenance, planting, construction, and gardening projects efficiently and safely Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, pruning, planting, irrigation system installation and repairs, and general horticultural practices Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines Ensure all work complies with safety standards and environmental regulations Provide training and mentorship to team members on landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures Conduct site inspections to assess project needs, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high-quality standards Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project flow and customer satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in landscaping, lawn care, gardening, or horticulture with a focus on landscape maintenance or construction projects Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including irrigation systems, tree care, gardening techniques, and general horticulture Ability to operate or oversee the operation of landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward shared goals Good understanding of safety protocols related to landscaping and construction work Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful landscapes!
